There’s no escape from the fact; the crime rate continues to increase every single day despite the governments taking so many precautionary measures. The truth be told, the real world is a blend of multiple opportunities and mixed economies which is why a lot of people get left out.

The causes of crime are complex. Poverty, parental neglect, low self-esteem, alcohol and drug abuse can be connected to why people break the law. Some are at greater risk of becoming offenders because of the circumstances into which they are born.

But nowadays people are tired of calling police on these criminals but instead they punish them on their own way. 

Just like these two who were caught stealing and got the punishment of their life time, they could be seen being forced to kiss each other and this is clearly embarrassing for the two as it can be seen that one was resisting.
