Controversial Nigerian actress, Esther Nwachukwu stated that when she becomes rich, she will stop being controversial, adding she was raised not with love.

Speaking in a recent interview, Esther noted that, she is controversial because of her poor upbringing.

She said, “I did not grow up with my parents. I grew up with relatives, and I was maltreated.”

The actress added she was raised in a bitter way and not with love. In her words, “I wasn’t raised with love, but in a bitter way.”

According to the actress, being raised in such a way is the reason she is controversial, but would change when money comes. Esther said, “That is why I am this way, If I make money, I will stop being controversial.”

Nwachukwu also stated that she wasn’t being controversial to gain popularity or social media followers but that is who she is.

“I’ve lost my Instagram page with hundreds of thousands of followers because of my controversy, hence I am not doing it to grow followers on social media, it is just the way I am brought up.”

Esther also confirmed that her upbringing affected her love life, noting that it was the reason she’s been desperate for love.

In her words, “Yes, it [my upbringing] has, and In every relationship I have been involved in, I have always needed more love, just want to be loved.”
