Aikou Takes First Runner-Up Spot in Big Brother Naija Season 11

Aikou has ended his Big Brother Naija Season 11 journey as the first runner-up, finishing just behind winner Temi Nkem after the live grand finale on Sunday, 4 October 2026. The margin at the top was narrow, decided by only a few percentage points.

Final Voting Results

Temi Nkem claimed the Season 11 crown with 25.87% of the total viewer votes. Aikou followed closely with 23.68%, while Sheba finished as the second runner-up with 9.80%.

Aikou's Path to the Finale

Aikou’s route to the final was far from smooth. He entered the season as a Gambit housemate and had to navigate the show’s early twists. A major turning point came when fellow housemate Barry secured the Ultimate Veto Power and saved Aikou from eviction.

He maintained his place in the competition through weekly tasks, arena games and strategic alliances, gradually progressing until he became one of the final nine housemates competing for the crown.

Seventy Days in the House

Although he did not leave with the title, finishing second in a season that began with 24 housemates marked the end of 70 days in the Big Brother Naija house for the “Show Ya Sef” finalist.

Aikou’s journey concludes with 23.68% of the final vote and the first runner-up position, while Temi Nkem takes the Season 11 crown and Sheba completes the top three.
