Wike Reacts To The Report That He is Using N300 Million Bullet-Proof Official Car as Minister of FCT

The New Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike has reacted to the news circulating on social media that his official car is a N300 million bulletproof car as the Minister of FCT.

According to the former Rivers State Governor, the news of him using a bulletproof car is false accusations on social media. He made it clear while addressing the team of Journalists that he was not using the bulletproof car. He even instructed the reporters to check his official car to confirm whether it is a Bullet-Proof car or not. He confirmed that his official car as Rivers State Governor was bulletproof but he’s not using a bulletproof car as the Minister of FCT.

While addressing the Group of Journalists,

He said, “You can see what is going on social media, like how I bought a bulletproof car of N300 million that I am using.”

“I want you people to go and hit your hand there and see whether it is a treated car,” he said.

“Yes, When I have cars as governor, what do you expect? I am not using a bulletproof car as an FCT minister.

“So we should report the right thing and not destroy ourselves. I want you to take a look at that car and tell me whether it is a bulletproof car.”
